Rupa has been offering workshops for over 30 years. They span from Alexander Technique  and Rubenfeld Synergy introductions to workshops on movement meditation, sacred dance, sacred sexuality. Available in several different formats, they can be day long, weekend long, or two hour sessions. They can be in an ongoing class format, or as intensives or as presentations.
